Cupcake classes in action

On Tuesday 31st January 2012, Lizzie will teach you the secrets of baking & decorating gorgeous vanilla cupcakes, the class will run for 2 hours, costs £30 per person and  will include -

• Demonstration by Lizzie to bake the cupcakes
• Colouring sugar paste
• Making gorgeous edible flowers and other sugar craft designs.
• Piping a variety of perfect pretty buttercream swirls
• Adding your finishing touches

The format of the classes will be demonstration and interactive participation. You will take home 6 of your own cupcake creations, Lizzie’s secret cupcake recipe, to practise at home, and gather an abundance of hints and tips relating to baking and decorating. All ingredients and equipment for the day will be provided. You do not need to bring anything with you (you can bring your own apron if you wish!), but you will leave with your box of lovely creations to show to your friends and family.

Had a lovely time at the Wardie Christmas Fair last night, met loads of people and sold lots of cupcakes. Really getting in the Christmas spirit now, can’t wait!

Christmas fair at Wardie Primary School tonight…

…which means its been a busy day in the Lizzie’s Tea Party kitchen today, preparing all the freshly baked goodies.

Cupcakes and cakepops galore will be on sale tonight, from 7pm-9pm.

We will have a yummy variety of flavours, including popcorn cupcakes, chocolate orange cupcakes, candycane cupcakes, rocky road cupcakes and vanilla & chocolate cupcakes. Plus pretty little cakepops too! Come on round to my stall to stock up on some sparkly sweet treats from Lizzie’s Tea Party.

Wardie School Fair, other stalls will include, bags,candles, jewellery, glass, home-produce, cards and much more! Come and join us in a fun-filled event with loads of Christmas Sparkle!

If you fancy learning a new skill, why not book yourself onto the Lizzie’s Tea Party make, bake and decorate cupcake class on 23rd August for only £85 per person, including 12 cupcakes to take away and a homemade lunch. Come along on your own or with a friend, either way you are guaranteed a fantastic relaxing day with just a couple of other like minded people. The class runs from 10.30am – 4pm.
